Cancellation Policy
You must have a credit card number to hold a limousine reservation. In order to receive a full refund, you must cancel the reservation 2 days prior to the scheduled trip for Lincoln Town Car reservations and four days prior for Van Or SUV reservations. If your flight is delayed or cancelled due to weather or any other reason contact immediately us at 832-292-7522.
You Must Call And Reconfirm
When you arrive at port in the morning call 832-292-7522 to reconfirm your trip. When you debark inform us where you are standing at the Port terminal.
If The Ship Is Delayed
Due to the Fog or any other problem call us and we will reschedule your booking. Leaving the place without informing us will be considered NO Show and full amount of the trip will be charged.
Carnival Cruise Pick Up
When you have returned from your cruise and are ready for us to pick you up, call and provide us FLAG COLOR of your location so our driver can pick you up at the appropriate location.
Royal Carribean Cruise Pick Up
When you debark call and let us know whether you are standing in the beginning, middle or at the end so the chauffeur will pick you from there. Kindly Turn on your phone if the chauffeur could not locate you he will call on your cell number.
